Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Tlyck platform operated by Melnicom Ltd. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments on our behalf.

1. Token Budget Purchases

You may request a full refund of any token budget purchase ($20, $50, or $100) within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that none of the purchased budget has been consumed by your agent.

If any portion of the purchased budget has been used by the time of your request, no refund will be issued for that purchase. Used tokens represent AI processing that has already been delivered and cannot be reversed.

2. Free Credit ($30 New Customer Bonus)

The complimentary $30 token credit granted to new customers is provided free of charge. It carries no monetary value and is not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstances.

3. Partially Used Budgets

We do not offer partial refunds on token budgets where any tokens have been consumed. Tokens are consumed in real time as your agent processes requests; once consumed they cannot be restored or refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to david@melnicom.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve any issue directly and promptly.

6. Exceptions

Refunds outside the 14-day window may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., a verified technical error on our part that prevented you from using your budget). These are evaluated case by case. Please contact us to discuss.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the updated policy took effect.
